That's why, starting on January 5th, 2009, The pH Miracle Center will be conducting something that you have been asking us about for several years - weekly healing and fitness Retreats.

I am excited to announce our weekly Emergency Health, Nutrition, Fitness, Vacation & Weight Loss Retreats, starting on January 5th and running through February 15th.

As part of your New Year's Resolution, we will help you get started in losing those 10 pounds or those 100 pounds....right here at The pH Miracle Center at beautiful Rancho Del Sol, San Diego, California.

Even being modestly overweight or underweight increases the risk of death by 15% to 30%. The health, fitness and nutritional retreat is something you have been asking us about for several years, and this year, we are going to provide you with what you want and need.

There are 3 major problems which all center on the Christmas and New Year's Holidays. Most folks ingest an even greater acidic load than usual. The psychological and emotional stress is greater than any other time of the year at Christmas, and people are too busy and frazzled to do even the minimal amount of healthy fitness training or exercise.

Therefore, we are announcing: The 2009 pH Miracle Emergency Health, Fitness, Nutrition, Vacation & Weight Loss Retreat.

Where: Rancho del Sol, Valley Center, California
Dates: Begins Monday, January 5th, 2009 and goes for 6 consecutive weeks.
Minimum Stay - 7 days
Maximum Stay - 60 days

Each Monday new people may come or the ones that are already here can stay on for an additional 7 days.

The cost is $550 a day based on multiple occupancy with a seven day minimum stay.

What does the Emergency Health, Nutrition, Fitness, Vacation & Weight Loss Retreat include?

1) Three delicious, nutritious, alkalarian meals each day.
2) Shared Living Accommodations at the Rancho del Sol. Everyone has their own bed!
3) All supplements, greens, healthy oils, alkaline & ionized water, as needed.
4) Nutritional, health and fitness testing.
5) Alkaline fitness coaching and personal fitness plan.
6) Alkaline nutritional coaching and personal nutritional and health program.
